MS. VIRGINIA B. SARMIENTO, thru her attorney-in-fact, ALFREDO SARMIENTO CHUA

as per the Special Power of Attorney, dated September 29, 2016, in order to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness as stated therein amounting to a total of

Philippine Currency, plus the corresponding interest and penalties in the amount of

as of January 2, 2017 or the total obligation/ indebtedness of

additional daily interest and penalties up to the date of sale and expenses in the sale thereof to be computed on the date of auction sale, exclusive of attorney’s fees and other legal expenses secured by this mortgage in favor of having been authorized by the mortgagor, hereby announces that on

the undersigned gives notice that he will cause the sale at public auction to the highest bidder at the Regional Trial Court, Office of the Clerk of Court, Angeles City, the following described real property for cash and in Philippine Currency, including all the improvements thereon, to wit:
