Tom Rodriguez wants to work with Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil in a movie

Tom Rodriguez stars in the upcoming movie The Significant Other with Erich Gonzales and Lovi Poe. Tom remarked that it was such a breeze working with the two actresses in the film.

“I’m happy that I was put in a position where I was able to work with them equally so I had to rekindle past working relationship with Lovi. With Erich naman I had ample time rin to build our character arcs so ang saya na pag magkasama kami iba rin ‘yung dynamics na nagma-manifest,” he stated in an interview with PUSH at The Significant Other media conference at the ABS-CBN compound.

Though they are from different networks, Tom shared that he instantly built a great rapport with Erich. “Buti na lang she’s very tolerant of my quirks din kasi makulit ako pag nasa set. Minsan madaling araw high energy pa rin kaya I’m glad she’s one of the people that can somehow tolerate that so I really enjoyed that part of her,” he said.

When asked if who are the other Kapamilya stars he would want to work in a film in the future, the actor replied, “I would love to work with people who are here now and people that I have worked with in the past that are still here.”

Particularly, Tom wants to star in a movie with Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil someday. “Sila Quen (Enrique) and Liza would be nice to get to work with one of these days. Quen is an awesome person, I consider him a friend. Liza I have never met her or spoken to her but seeing their dynamics, I watched the film of theirs on TV very recently sa Cinema One and ang ganda kung paano nila binigyan ng justice ang characters nila sa movie na ‘yun so I would love to have a chance to work with them,” he stated.
