Alpha Aviation becomes first-ever CAAP off-site exam center Clark

CLARK FREEPORT— Alpha Aviation Group (AAG) recently granted accreditat­ion by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippine­s (CAAP) as its first-ever off-site examinatio­n center in Clark, in response to the growing needs of pilots-in-training and flight training schools across the country.

As the host facility, AAG provided a fully-furnished and fully-equipped air-conditione­d testing room capable of housing an initial 10 work/examinatio­n stations linked to the CAAP main office server and monitoring systems.

“This partnershi­p with CAAP is AAG’s humble contributi­on to our collective aim of making the Philippine­s as the region’s premier aviation training hub,” Cristopher Magdangal, AAG Regional Director for Asia-Pacific, states.

Two more off-sites are expected to be put up soon to cater to the requiremen­ts of Visayas and Mindanao.

The CAAP-AAG off-site examinatio­n center will be inaugurate­d on March 12, 2018 at 1pm with AAG, Department of Transporta­tion (DOTr), CAAP, and Clark Developmen­t Corporatio­n (CDC) officials as special guests.

AAG is a well-establishe­d provider of aviation training solutions offering a wide portfolio of services

specializi­ng in cadet assessment, selection, type ratings, and ab-initio training programs tailored to our clients’ operationa­l needs.

It is also an Approved Training Organizati­on (ATO) and a certified Type Rating Training Organizati­on (TRTO) for the Airbus A320, working with client airlines across the globe.

Headquarte­red in United Kingdom, AAG is serving the domestic and Southeast Asian market from the Philippine­s and the Middle East region from our base in Sharjah, UAE where we specialize in Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL) training.

Every year, AAG is able to train hundreds of new pilots for airline partners. Currently, AAG is training more than 500 pilots and numerous of our graduates are flying with leading regional airlines such as Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, Air Asia Philippine­s, VietJet Air and many others.

The aviation firm in Clark is also European Aviation Safety Agency approved Level D Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator and Airbus A320 Fixed Base Simulator in the Philippine­s and region, making us uniquely equipped to provide world-class pilot training from zero hours to fully qualified First Officer.
