Police Assistance Desks and Motorists Assistance Centers are still in place on convergence points and strategic areas and ready to provide aid to travellers, according to the police official.

Corpus reminded motoring public to practice the “BLOWBAGETS” rule: battery, light, oil, water, brakes, air, gas, engine, tire and self and make sure that all of these things are in good condition to ensure safe travel.

Driving individuals are also advised to always bring documents including driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance certificate.

Corpus at the same time advised individuals taking public utility vehicles to avoid wear expensive and flashy jewelry, as well as bringing large amounts of money and too many items for safety.

He also urged the public to immediately report to authorities suspicious-looking persons or baggage.

“The whole Central Luzon police force is always ready to assist you wherever you are in the region. Our Police Assistance Desks and Motorists Assistance Centers are in placed and are ready to assist you as you travel, do not hesitate to approach them,” Corpus said.
