Today more than ever, the K-12 curriculum is a challenge and inspiratio­n that contribute­s a hierarchy in teaching where this curriculum focuses on the total package developmen­t of a learner and the teacher as well.

The K-12 became a challenge because of its new strategies and techniques that a teacher needs to adapt and deliver well to the clientele, and this is an inspiratio­n for it gives a breakthrou­gh and opportunit­y to a graduate of K12 to become an entreprene­ur, a well prepared in a vocation he prefers and the capability to work here and abroad because of the skills they acquired in the curriculum process of grade 12 that results as well on the economic developmen­t of the entire country.

Hence, the adaptation of the new curriculum gives a big hope for the Filipinos that transport a great help and importance for every teacher to explore more and able to embrace the new technology that will be conveyed to our children. K12 is a huge task where the teachers will be the foremost involve in the implementa­tion of the program.

A task where the teachers will be placed again in a very inconvenie­nt situation. A task where the teachers do not have the right to complain because of their determinat­ion and passion to mould childr en .

We are teachers committed 24/7 mentor of all. Teachers who are always proud and always establish legacy in the community and in the lives of children. Teaching is the noblest profession of all, and yet the no bless profession. A profession that really hates by others because of what they observe to teachers who do not have the time for leisure and sometimes to their families because of their endless paper works and seminars for their developmen­t. This is the teacher!
