STRENGTHS–BASED TEACHING: DEVELOPING THE LEARNERS’ INNATE POTENTIAL

A strength is the ability of every individual to consistently perform or demonstrate a certain learning task. The skills of learners can be transform into strength. With this, students are able to perform the given academic task competitively. Applying strengths for learning development is the ultimate outcome. Strengths must be put into action.
