Mariel Rodriguez is back on tv
Currently, Aiko Melendez is nb the States for a short vacation with boyfriend Subic, Zambales Mayor Jhay Khonghun.
At the same time, some netizens are bashing Aiko regarding Mayor Jhay's legal wife.
Aiko is the woman being pin pointed as the thrid party involved in the separation of Mayor Jhay and his wife.
However, Mayor Jhay vehemently denied the accusations.
In his interview, he said that before he and Aiko became officially lovers, they were already separated. On the other hand, Aiko kept mum about it.
But in her Instagram post, Aiko insinuated comments against her bashers.
John Pratts and Isabel Oli-Prats are expecting their second child. The couple held a secret gender reveal party last Sunday, June 17, Father's Day.
“The secret is out!” Isabel wrote in her post.
John and Isabel surprised both of their families during the Father’s Day dinner they hosted on June 17.
They made everyone think it was a simple celebration, but the dinner was actually their gender reveal party for the second baby.
Based on the families’ reaction in the teaser, everyone was completely ecstatic over the baby's gender.
John and Isabel first became parents on April 18, 2016, the birth of their daughter, Lily Feather.
Isabel is the latest celebrity mama to be pregnant with their second child this year.
The TV host-actress went back to her hosting duties on the Kapamilya noontime show It's Showtime after an almost two-year maternity leave. On her first day back... she said, "Nahihirapan ako, honestly hirap na hirap ako kasi siyempre, first day ko. It's really very hard kaya nga sabi ko lalo akong napapasaludo sa lahat ng working moms."
After two years of hibernation, Mariel is back as one of the hosts of "It's Showtime".
How does she feel being with the hosts?
"Siyempre overhelming.
"Saka siguro, more than anything, I'm grateful that I still have a home to come back to, which is Showtime.
"There's no better home than Showtime so I'm really, really, very grateful."
Mariel says that she's happy with the way her cohosts welcome her.
"Kinakabahan ako, sobra.
"Nakakakaba talaga, but once na tumapak ka dun, it felt home talaga na sila uli ang makakasama ko.
"Naramdaman ko bigla na sobra ko pala sila na-miss."
It was hard for Mariel to leave her daughter to work, but she wants her daughter to be proud of her as she grows up.
"I arrange for her things to do, may swimming class siya, may school siya, ganyan, para busy siya.
"Nahihirapan ako, honestly hirap na hirap ako, kasi siyempre, first day ko. It's really very hard.
"Kaya nga sabi ko lalo akong napapasaludo sa lahat ng working moms kasi si Isabella, 19 months na nung nahiwalay ako sa kanya.
"What about yung mga moms na two months pa lang ang anak nila na kailangan na nilang iwan, they have to work?"
"But you really need to work, kailangan, it's for her para she can proud of her mom."
Mariel thanks her husband Robin Padilla for his support.
"He's so supportive, he sent food pa nga to everybody.
"He's very supportive talaga. Sabi ko nga lagi, di ko magagawa lahat ng ginagawa ko kundi dahil sa kanya."
Did she talk to Robin about their arrangement with Isabella?
"Oo naman, kasama talaga. "Tama yung sinabi ni Robin na kaya natagalan ang pagbabalik ko, kasi gusto ko pagbalik ko, ako na uli.
"Ayokong bumalik ako na, 'Ay, hello, sino iyan?' Hindi yun ang deserve ng audience, the audience deserves the best."
