Retired US Navy man, 2 others busted for drugs
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - A retired US Navy man, an Australian and a Filipina were arrested by joint operatives of the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit III (RDEU-3), Angeles City Drug Enforcement Unit (ACPO-DEU) and Angeles City Police Office Station 4 during an anti-illegal drug operation conducted in Angeles City.
Based on the report sent to Police Regional Office III Director Chief Superintendent Amador Corpus, the suspects were identified as Gary Timothy Lamb, 56 an American citizen, Wayne Michael Walsh, 58, Australian citizen, and Mary Jane Mina, 30.
The report disclosed that the suspects were arrested in the residence of Lamb in Pinatubo St. Clarkview Barangay Malabanias in Angeles City, where the buy-bust operation was conducted.
Lamb and Walsh were considered high-value targets due to their foreign nationalities, while Mina is listed as a new target drug personality.
The three were all arrested during the operation after allegedly selling a sachet of methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) to a poseur buyer.
Confiscated from the trio’s possession were six small sachets of suspected shabu, three medium sachets of marijuana leaves and the P500 marked money used in the operation. The suspects are currently detained at the Office of RDEU-3 in Camp Olivas, this city.
