LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE

- MERALUNA I. MARIANO

Humor gives quicker results more than any other medicine in the world. In less than half a second of viewing something funny, your brain will have processed it, and the end result will be the medicinal laughter.

There are several ways to engage ourselves with the benefits people get from laughter. Hanging out with happy people is one, watching funny movies, finding funny jokes online, and laughing along as comedians tell jokes add up to the perks of laughter.

Today’s fast pacing life becomes aggravating and requires dynamism for the job to be done in a work place. Often times we never realize that we must laugh, it is a kind of exercise which relaxes all organs of the body caused by stress. Creating a cheerful atmosphere helps remove tension and stress at work.

Research has proven that laughter greatly helps us a lot. It relaxes our mind and the body. It relieves us from worries, tensions, anger, and stress, grief and irritation and brings delight.

More so, laughter provides physical and emotional release. It greatly helps us in filling our lives with enthusiasm and increase productivity.

The benefits and the advantages of laughter are non ending. Spend more time engaging with the benefits of laughter, be healed from anxiety and stress you encounter at home and at work. Make laughter your own doze of medicine.
