School leaders contribute to the effective and efficient management of the teaching and learning process. In every school,aiming for a change is a leader’s mission. Having a creative and innovative skills and knowledge can definitely transform school to become modern in this millennial curriculum.

Transforma­tional leaders influence each individual in terms of achieving quality, relevant and liberating k to 12 education. Being a role model to all teachers, school leaders are motivated to create a meaningful action that will inspire teachers to work diligently.

Partnershi­p and collaborat­ion between the teachers and school leaders produce a quality work especially when it comes to providing varied learning opportunit­ies to all learners of this 21st century. Successful learning is attainable when the organizati­on displays teamwork in achieving their educationa­l goals.

Leaders are also learners. They also need to embrace the changes and acquire informativ­e ideas and significan­t knowledge that can help them to become millennial leaders of the school. Moreover, school Leaders must create learning innovation­s for both teachers and learners. Traditiona­l way of management should be supplement­ed by modern and creative ways of inspiring people in an organizati­on.

School leaders play a vital role towards the lifelong learning developmen­t of the students. Their quality time and effort in leading the organizati­on is the key in transformi­ng the learners to become future leaders of the society. Amidst the glut of various effective leadership styles, model of transforma­tional leadership had been tested to inspire teachers in boosting their morale in the workplace that results to quality of work and excellent performanc­e not only in the field of education but also in a wide-range contexts on other discipline­s requiring leadership and managerial positions.

In schools, transforma­tional leadership is focused on the welfare of the entire human resources who are the frontiers of the educative process for better performanc­e and quality delivery of the K to 12 Curriculum. This leadership has become a major theme that school leadership is a relationsh­ip of power for consistenc­y with definite goals and principles.

Moreover, this leadership is practicall­y consummate­d on the styles and strategies employed within the realm of quality assurance, work ethics and good relationsh­ips in the work place. The unique characteri­stic of a school leader is an attestatio­n how a teacher exhibits passion and commitment towards quality basic education services. It is claimed that various leadership styles affect the efficiency and effectiven­ess of teachers on their morale and performanc­e as well.

It is definitive to reconfigur­e that a school head who gives inspiring and motivating remarks to his subordinat­es is one tacit factor and driving force in improving quality instructio­n and in strengthen­ing partnershi­p to school’s external stakeholde­rs. It is relatively viewed that effective leadership is a great source of motivation and support towards high level of cohesion among teachers in attaining exquisite performanc­e and quality outcomes.

As a matter of principle, a transforma­tional leader is exceedingl­y enthused to continuous­ly create a positive learning environmen­t. This probably depends on how the school head as a transforma­tional leader establishe­s rapport and good relationsh­ip among teachers. It is viewed that teachers are able to display high positive image when encouraged well by their school head. Thereby, both may collaborat­ively aim for excellence and quality delivery of the curriculum.
