CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago on Wednesday lauded the Rotary Club of San Fernando for initiating their non-stop bona fide philanthropic duties in serving communities here.

During the meeting, the Rotarians raised their concerns that include traffic and law enforcement and waste management, among others.

Santiago, who is also the guest of honor and speaker in the gathering, thanked them for their unending concerns for the city and said that

It can be recalled in their interviews at RW 95.1 FM, via Pampanga Kaluguran Daka, a radio program of the provincial government hosted by Joel Mapiles - they bared that Pampanga is always ready for whatever calamities or disasters that may occur. This was assured by Pampanga Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda.

Blanco said that her heart for the public will always remain steadfast - rain or shine.

The coordination between PDRRMO, PSWDO and C/ MDRRMOs has been consistent ever since they were established. Reports, rescue and rehabilitation in times of calamities have been regular.

Guinto thanked the provincial government for their efforts to extend help amidst the bad weather.

The younger Pineda has been always leading the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (PDRRMC) in times of disasters and calamities, whether inside or outside the province. Leah Isidro De Fiesta/ Pampanga PIO
