EAT HEALTHY FOR LONGEVITY

“You are what you eat.”

How true this statement? For those who love eating, and conscious with their figure this statement will receive both positive and negative reactions.

On the optimist side, good eating habits provide advantages to those who really want to live healthy and reach the ripe old age. They know the right food and the proper amount of each kind.

However, for those who are not conscious whether they gained too much light, food for them is necessary for their satisfacti­on and sometimes, even their digestive system get overwhelm still they don’t mind at all.

To stay healthy and fit must be everyone’s priority in life. Yet, many of us tend to forget that by living a healthy life this may lead to long life. Healthy lifestyle and proper food habits will help us to fulfill and live our life to the fullest.

Here are ways to live a healthy and meaningful life. We must eat more fruits and vegetables, maintain ideal weight for one’s body structure, avoid eating heavily when one is overtired or emotionall­y upsets lastly lessen too much salt intake.

By keeping these in mind, we may prevent ourselves from getting such and we can be healthy most of the time as what the old age put it “HEALTH IS WEALTH” so why not choose to eat healthy.
