There are several articles and blogs defined the characteristics of good and bad t each er s.
Does it based on the looks? Personal Appearance? Wearing Heavy make ups? and having expensive jewelries or bags or being so much talkative with their personal life and focuses on students wrong doings? Or is it based on Wearing of proper school uniform, being in your class before the bell rang? Does it also based on Attitude and discipline and inspiring stories shared to students that makes us a good one? In the perspective of a student they can simply recognized teachers as a person responsible in imparting them knowledge and helping them build their own character. But asking yourself as one of their guides did you ever wonder if you are qualified to be characterized as good or bad? Sometimes, You may never be funny and looks approachable like other teachers. But what is important is your students must admire you having high sense of responsibility, being confident, knowledgeable and possessing good traits that they can adopt as a good Filipino citizen of the country. The important point of being good is to love what you are doing, love your students as if you are dealing with your own kids and enjoying what you are doing. There is a quote saying that a Good teachers teaches from the heart not in the mind.
