- BERNADETTE P. MENDOZA

Do you sometimes feel like you’re sinking in an ocean of school work, (DLL, reports, forms to accomplish, etc…)? Stress no more with this simple reminders.

“Attitude is everything” . Nothing is good or bad in this world, it is the thinking that makes them so. I read this line sometime ago and upon introspection I proved it right. Why make your life miserable? When “you can create a little heaven down here “(as a popular song goes).

Let’s have a reality check: are you happy and satisfied with all areas in your life? Or are there some areas in your life you feel need changes? They say life is too short not to enjoy and live to the fullest but some constraints keep popping up. These are hurdles along our journey but they need not delay us in our quest for our ultimate goal.

Focus on the areas in your life where you feel change is needed. Once you’ve admitted this need to yourself, an important decision has been made. The rest is easy. You are now ready to follow the following suggestions:

• Always look forward. Every day is a gift, believe and expect that each day brings countless surprises and blessings.

• Think positive about yourself. Forgive and love yourself. Find your lifepurpose and discover your potentials.

• Build better relationships. Bring out the best in people and invest in relationships.

• Practice better habits. Break bad habits by forming good ones. • Love life. Be passionate about life.

Always be happy. Happiness is contagious and has numerous health benefits.

If you want to become a better you, put the right actions along with your faith. Keep praising God.
