Every member of the family who is earning for a living spends hours of the day working. For the purpose of having happy and decent life among family members, one must work hard for it and learn to love life and live longer than we expect for. Nowadays more numbers of people find leisure time after work in spa, salon, working out on fitness gyms, zumba workout and other leisure time activities. The physically active Filipino finds ways to overcome stress on working too hard.

Here are 5 ways to have healthy living:

1. Always have a positive outlook in life. Wear a smile on your face. Smile can give you a positive vibes every day.

2. Treat yourself every after goal is accomplish­ed such as problem solved, evaluation passed, promotion granted.

3. Have an active life-style for healthy long life. Engage on activities that boost immune system and happy lifestyle.

4. Always have value time spent with family and friends. Socialize and share good values and opinions.

5. Spend Sunday with the Great Creator and Provider. Success and blessings come from Him. Give thanks and receive spiritual strength and power of living.
