CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The Rotary Club of Central Pampanga (RCCP) and Qutoa International of Pampanga have reaffirmed their partnership with Japanese non-government organization Mirai Ni Kibou Foundation as it sets to host more social programs in Pampanga.

This as Mirai ni Kibou Pres. Joseph Ang, Vice President Elmer Elmer George Guzman, and Sec. Gen. Antonio Henares met with local non-government partners on the status and condition of their adopted Barangay Sagrada Familia in Masantol. The grouops have been hosting medical missions in Masantol as well as dental missions and tree planting operations in the town’s mangrove area.

Quota International of Pampanga president Vilma Dungo said that the event is expected to bring much needed medical services to the indigent population of the barangay.

She added that the area has become a regular recipient of medical services like check-ups, medicines and dental services from the said groups.

Dungo said that much of the program is made possible by Japanese group Mirai Ni Kibou Foundation. RCCP and Quota International of Pampanga have standing agreements and partnerships with the group.

The agreement paves the way for implementation of medical and dental missions, feeding programs, deworming programs and tree planting activities with the various partner organizations and designated beneficiaries each year.

At least 300 indigents here benefit from the program yearly.

Mirai Ni Kibou Foundation lauded their partners for their support in bringing and cultivating the culture of service to the most impoverished sectors of Pampanga. The group said that added the programs will help in improving the quality of life of the beneficiaries.

Mirai Ni Kibou Foundation also hosts social service programs for the Department of Social Welfare and Development-run center in Magalang town. Haven, a home for abused women is a regular social service stop for the group each year.
