WHY TLE IS ESSENTIAL IN THE LEARNING PROCESS

The advent of the 21st Century brought with it new technological tools and knowledge that has affected the learning process, particularly Livelihood and Technology Education (TLE).

Development and innovation are virtually introduced every day. It has become a need more than a want that we have to provide because it is included in almost all aspects of life, much that it provides comfort of use and makes one’a work lighter and easier.

With new technology abounding, students can do research in all topics assigned to them and even personal browsing to learn new ideas about education, business, sports, lifestyle, and, culture.

Such is the essence of TLE in students that they can translate it to livelihood especially in the onset of the K-12 program. Livelihood is a way of earning subsistence and TLE can give students a source of income to earn a decent living.

Dressmaking, Electrical Installation and Maintenance Course, Commercial Cooking, and Housekeeping courses among others allow students to learn basic techniques and assure graduates to get jobs to support their needs in a business entity.

More important, TLE builds the confidence of graduates in engaging into small scale business.

TLE is very essential in daily life as it now revolves around technology and livelihood to support existence. Every single act is accompanied by such invention and work. People should know how to use technology as an advantage to facilitate work and livelihood to sustain life and health.
