CSF promotes service excellence in tourism
The training was attended by tourism frontliners from the City Tourism Office, CLTV36, 2UR Destinations Travel and Tours, Hotel Graceline, Clarkson Travel and Tours, Best Western Bendix Hotel, Holidayland Restaurant, NBT Travel Solutions, VXI BPO, Grandson Travel and Tours, Green Kitchen, The Orchid Gardens, and Imang Nene Restaurant.
Tourism Officer Ching Pangilinan stressed that the event is specifically designed for tourism industry frontliners who will all be receiving incentives such as free trainings.
Resource Speaker Carlos "Charlie" Garcia Jr. discussed the required values of each frontliner such as personality, communication, and guest service excellence.
Garcia explained that “the frontliners have to give their best and what the customers need, because they need more than satisfaction, they need to be delighted."

With attitude in place, the mastery of the job is the CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in Central Luzon yesterday commenced the convening and revitalization of its various Industrial Tripartite Councils (ITCs) all over the region.
DOLE Regional Director Zenaida Angara-Capita said that the labor agency’s primary objective is to strengthen all existing regional and local ITCs from different industry sectors.
“With new and emerging challenges faced by our key industries within Central Luzon, we took the initiative to reconvene our different ITCs to further empower them to be stronger tripartite bodies that would serve as catalysts for broader information networks and advisory councils in working with government in addressing relevant industry-specific labor relation issues,” Campita explained.
“We want to truly capture and find ways to address common and specific issues of our various regional and local ITCs and likewise make their voices be heard, not only within our level, but more importantly in the national level as well,” she added.
In her report to Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III, the labor agency first met with some 31 representatives of 25 firms under regional and local ITCs in the construction industry.
Assistant Regional Director Geraldine Panlilio formally welcomed all participants and lauded them for their full cooperation and participation towards achieving the labor agency’s objective.
“Your mere presence here signifies your willingness and eagerness to support our cause in strengthening our partnership towards addressing emerging trends and issues faced by your industry,” Panlilio said.
