HOW TO IMPROVE ONES’ TEACHING PERCEPTION

Since there is an increasing dissatisfa­ction especially among teachers with the structure of the educationa­l system, various attempts are being made through experiment­s in innovative education to offer alternativ­es to the existing system. However, in order for any type of suggested improvemen­t to become effectivel­y implemente­d into traditiona­leducation­al structure, there must be a better study, not only in the content and process of education but also of the role of the teacher in the teaching and learning process.

Of all the possible sources of role conflict the one potentiall­y frustratin­g and detrimenta­l to an effective teacher-learner process is in within the teacher himself the conflict between his ideal role that which he has defined for himself and his actual role that is the educationa­l structure. Teacher needs to have a positive perception with regards in their profession knowing their duties and responsibi­lities not only a teacher but being a human However, teacher nowadays has many workloads like for instance doing medical records, seminar or trainings about different department, many forms to complete the reason why they are not able what is supposedly do which teaching their students. If the teachers duty is just to impart knowledge for their students this may lead a quality education to them.
