CHILDREN SHOULD START EARLY

-

BRENDA S. CALMA

In this age of computer generation, many things or avenues would take away the children’s interest in education. For one - the net. Many children or most of them are lured in the net. They learn playing about counter strikes and other violent games that will also affect their characters and behaviours. If we don’t teach them about the values of education, we will lose them to the net. Habit either good or bad, is hard to break. Another one is bad company. Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child, and if we don’t educate them early, they will find peers to comfort them. If the peers are bad, and also they are.

While it may be hard from their beginning to teach them through perseverance we can manage. Albert Einstein was a dumb fellow when he was young. Ate age ten, he still didn’t know how to read and write. His parent never gave up on him. Through perseverance, they were able to teach him, Albert in a really hard way. But the young know the values of education, and from there, he overcame his deficiency, and became the greatest physicist in history.

While it isn’t early to educate children at a relatively young age, but encouragement or sometimes applying the rod of correction will do the trick. If they have learned to appreciate education, there’s no looking back. Parents have gold mine in their hands through children who knows the value of education.
