CHILDREN RAISED BY SINGLE-PARENTS: HAD EFFECTS IN THEIR EDUCATION

The present condition of the family nowadays is very alarming. Broken families, unwed couples, early marriages and abandonment of a parent seem acceptable. When problems are being encountered by the couples while raising their family, separation becomes the solution in many cases. As a result, members, members of the family suffer. The children experience emotional and financial problems

The children, who are gifts from God, become the victims of their parents. Surely, the love and support of their parents will no longer be the same after separation. Children will adjust much to this kind of situation apart from their fathers or mothers and sometimes both parents and this might affect their academic performances in school.

The children who are products of single-parents feel abandonment of the most important person in their lives. Furthermore, a single-parent without a partner could hardly cope with numerous demands and responsibilities of parenthood. Although guidance and support from relatives gave to the child, still could not find suitable substitute to the role of their father and mother. In this regard, children feel rejected, worthless, incapability and no direction in life. They need someone to look after them, to love and to understand, support and accept them.

Everyone wants a family whose parents work hand in hand for the welfare of each member. We all need to belong to a happy family but there are instances that conflict arises in the midst of a married life. Stopping on a solution of separation should not be in the mind, but instead take it as a battle for which saving the family must be the first priority. Forgetting oneself for the sake of the family should matter most. For problems are made in order to solve. Learning to sacrifice for the sake of the family is favorable than leaving or freeing oneself out of your partner. Doing this so, a savior to stop single-parenting is born through you.
