INNOVATE FOR OUR LEARNERS

Problems are here and problems are there. They are everywhere. Education sector is not free from challenges and problems. Even though we have brilliant minds in the academe, we still experience challenges that hinder the accomplishment of our vision and mission. In reality, insufficient financial resource is the grass root of these.

With this situation, it is high time that teachers should know how to provide solutions through innovation. But the question is “How to do it?”

One of the best ways to do it is to do a thorough investigation through research. Problems should be identified systematically in order to analyze its main cause. Doing it will increase the chance of providing the best and most appropriate solutions. Once the root cause is settled, teachers will now provide their innovative solution.

Innovation is an introduction of new ideas that will be of great help in addressing problems in an institution. The introduction of innovation is a product of intellectual activities. In the end, its main goal is to provide solutions to the existing problems that will improve the situation of our learners.
