THE Department of Health (DOH) keeps on campaigning, reminding and monitoring if the School Canteen is still in the correct track, implementing the prescribe canteen model according to the guidelines such as proper handling of food; color coded food that we prepare, how clean, delicious, cheap but nutritious one. Every year the assigned canteen personnel should go to Municipal Sanitary Inspection for immunization of Hepatitis vaccine with chest x-ray result for the safety of all.

Bringing back the old type of preparation of food is not bad, like boiled banana, boiled sweet potato, hard-boiled egg/quail egg, and boiled peanut. For some twist in taste and in appearance those traditional boiled food became banana cue, kamote cue, peanut brittle, quail egg coated with flour. Native puto, puto pao, fresh lumpia, fish lumpia with malunggay and carrots,Sspaghetti with carrots are loved by most. Fish burger and fishball with squash and malunggay leaves that are available from the school garden as well as Arroz Caldo with malungay are really delicious and creamy sopas with plenty of vegetables. These canteen foods are prohibited of using Monosodium Glutamate (MSG).

Discouraging and strict avoidance eating junk food and soda beverages instead eat seasonal fruits, drinking real fruit juices, halo-halo with crushed ice and milk, real fruit shake, gulaman with milk con ice or potable water.

Kids are our primary concern to have a healthy body, healthy mind and brighter future for the betterment of the next generation.
