Falling Leaves

Every year how do we value our lives? Do we take things for granted? Do you still remember your younger years as a teacher?

"Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change." — Jim Rohn. Life offers chances and changes. Every change is a chance for something.

A great example of this transformation is a tree. From seeds…..fruits and leaves falling.

All of us are like trees who undergoes changes. Each change is happening for a purpose. The popular song, “winter, summer or fall,” is a genuine evidence for this. We always experiences new things in our lives.

Humans are like leaves. They do not stay fresh all throughout the year. When they have this green pigment, they signifies life…..being fresh and young.. And so does teachers. These are the neophytes who are eager in their chosen field. Autumn leaves are wittering….they will eventually fall on the ground. Yes they fall….yet…they are still a part of the important changes of nature… They become food for those on the ground.

Like leaves, we change for a purpose. Let us be Green who will always be passionate in teaching youngsters. When we witter, let us see to it that we will leave a lasting imprint to the minds of the youth….that is to be purposeful and happy in our own creative ways just like leaves.

Let us nurture them by watering them with their kindness, patience and determination. Every fallen leaf saddens them and they have this solemn vow to rescue each tree to bear the sweetest fruits of triumphs amidst those falling leaves. What matters most to a teacher is that for every school year, they grow and have planted even just a single fruitful tree that can surpass the challenges that every change of seasons has to offer.
