TOUCHING THE LIFE OF LEARNERS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS(LSEN)

Meeting learners with special educational needs connotes in our mind that it’s a rejection. But some considered a big challenge. Challenge on how they will change a little part to their daily life. Until gradually challenge may become a wide range of change to better one.

Many educators have a little or no knowledge in terms of dealing with LSEN. Dealing with LSEN is really a challenging phase on our part as Special Education Teachers. You don’t know where to start unless there is a diagnosis coming from the expertise or doctors. This is the very important basis on the part of the parents and special education teacher.

As a special education teacher, I have a big part of the life of Learner’s with educational needs (LSEN). They do not need an excellent grade, they need 100% care, love and acceptance to understand the way they are imparting to us.

To understand learner’s behavior, you have to understand the things that affect it—including his or her condition. So, no matter what challenge your learner’s faces, try to learn as much as about the unique medical, behavior, and psychological factors that affect his or her development.

We need more works, more sacrifices and more prayers to the learners with educational needs. And come to realized, that one good day when you’re amazed by your learner’s progress. When you believe your learner can do something, you should empower him or her to reach that goal. And be sure to praise and give a simple reward your learners effort as well as success. Behavior management is a challenge for all parents, even those of learners who are typically developing. So, don’t give up!..
