Five C’s of Modern School Head

Credibility
If you implement change in your school, you must capable and credible; morally consistent, linked culturally, and matched strategically. As we 're talking about collective long-term programs, building a community maybe 'pull' rather than 'push.' By continuously asking ourselves whether we can bring value to the school team and building confidence, we can build credibility then people will come over to us instead of pressuring us on these.
Connecting
We are all connected and being linked can be a major part of how we as school organization expands. Considering that communicating is becoming increasingly a central feature of the program, it may be worth considering:
A) How do we connect with stakeholders?
B) How are we to nurture such ties to build more links?
C) How do we get others involved and grow?
Creating
One of the greatest shifts is the capacity of the individual to create content. When we think about obstacles and goals for professional development related to building and interaction, it might be worth considering:
A) What know-how and skills do we have?
B) How can this be better shared with our members? (Text, pictures, audio, video
...)
C) Is there anything that we can build that will allow our members to communicate closer to each other?
D) Could we build something that will allow our partnerships to better communicate with each other?
Community
There's a reason we 're engaging with other people, and supporting the community we work in. Imagine being able to magnify the interactions with leaders and stakeholders. Imagine being able to contribute to the development of the system needs by joining in practice with other system thinkers, with other learning networks?
Conversations
A conversation must lead to a connection, and this is a community connection. With limited resources, school organizations will need to shift to new ways of interacting without getting too bogged down or distancing the focus from our main course of action. When we look at these prospects more closely, we will continue to evaluate high-yield approaches for digital media and dispersed leadership to handle it all.
