Challenges and trials are always part of every individual. As they say, these are the molder of one’s life. Students are like any other individuals which faces and continuously encountering trials. These might probably hindrance on their part but they can also make and turn them into stepping stones towards achieving success. These are the three major problems I have observed that affects and hinders individual’s achievement. The first is financial problem, students primarily need is finance for them to be able to buy stuffs and things such as projects, books, school supplies and etc. These are essential for learning to happen. The second is time management. People nowadays are busy on different stuffs- important and unimportant. As with students, there are factors that affect students’ time such as gadgets, peers, hobbies and many more making them forget the vital ones. Lastly, lack of support of parents, these entails and contribute to lack of communication, alertness, attentiveness, participation, cooperation and sometimes can lead to students depression. These are some of the many problems a student can have. Sensitivity to one’s need arise. As a teacher, it is our duty to address and cope up with these so we will be able to attain the peak of success we wanted to give to our dearest students.
