LIFE’S CHALLENGES MAKE ONE THE STRONGEST

We need to surround our self with individuals who can actually help to improve our self-confidence but not all the time we encounter these kinds of people. When we are in a crowd that tends to feed us with negativity, low self-esteem or depression attacks. There are many reasons why someone becomes depressed. There are people who have a criticizing nature wherein instead of helping others out seem to drag them down and it can decrease one’s self confidence. You become a dumping ground for their negativity.

We know that there are people whom we can call sick, who don’t have a healthy mind. They are most bitter to people who are doing good in their life and try to pull them down and feel good about it.

When we encounter these kinds of difficult people, life becomes somehow dull especially when we are around them all the time.

It’s a big challenge when we encounter these kinds of people but they are also that ones that could make us better individuals by not becoming one of them. With that, we have to surround our self with people who love us and respect us for who we are.

There are people who dwell on their failures in the past and worry about the coming future but do not make any effort at present to make a better tomorrow.

We have to live our present so that we will be able to define the course of our future and that is surrounding our self with positive individuals. So, whatever life throws at us, we have to stand firm and stay strong.
