W e can say that teachers and educators are known to help people learn about new things that can be useful in life. They use different techniques of classroom management in order to cater to the needs of every unique individual. And the curriculum is always being developed to draw to the level of the learners. All these are the set-up of schooling. In other words, we can conclude that teachers and educators are experts in this kind of field wherein they use their expertise to help other people to learn which is expected of them. There are different ways how education can be provided by anybody in all walks of life. But we have to keep in mind that education is not limited solely in the four corners of the classroom. Learning is not boxed in the schools only and learning doesn’t stop there. Many people look for something more. There is what we call experiential learning wherein as we experience something in our life, we are learning because we have experienced it firsthand.

As we ask the question “what is education?” we can clearly see that it is a cultivation of a lot of learning in different modalities. W e can claim that as we are given the chance to learn from others, they share a part of their life with us. And that is how we can become wise, hopeful, respectful and many other good things that we can possibly be. Education as a sharing is like a commitment to the good of all and every individual should have that kind of vision because we can say that we are all really responsible for all because all are worthy of a chance to flourish.
