Liza Soberano goes to Hollywood via "Lisa Frankenstein"
Kapamilya star Liza Soberano is joining the cast of the upcoming Hollywood movie Lisa Frankenstein, which stars Cole Sprouse and Kathryn Newton. She will play the role of Taffy, Kathryn's stepsister.

"I'm okay and I really, really appreciate the sentiments.
"I really miss performing audition for the role.
The actress mentioned that when she went to Los Angeles in June, 2022 with James Reid, with her new manager Jeff Oh, they bumped into Ms Williams, who is the daughter of deceased actor robin Williams.
"Sakto the day that I met her, she just got this project Lisa Frankenstein greenlit, and she was very excited about it.
"She was talking about it during our meeting and she said, ‘Why don’t you audition and collaborating, not just with my peers and my predecessors, but also collaborating with the audience, you know, the rapport.”
"I miss all of you guys right back so I can't wait to see all of you again. And let's collaborate, let's work on something all of us.”
However, the actor says he prefers to stay in the US to do some projects.
“We got a few things
for one of the characters?"
When liza went to South Korea, she sent her self-audition tape.
And two days after, her manager received the good news.
"You got the role, you got the role! And I’m like, 'Oh my gosh!'
"The funny thing is I like to downplay things in my head until I’m actually in that moment. Because I don't want to get too excited tapos biglang mauudlot," Liza said in an interview.
Until now, the Hollywood dream hasn't sink in at all yet.
"I’m really happy that a lot of people know that I’m working on a project now.
"My fans have been waiting for the longest time since 2020 for me to go back into acting. I’m happy that finally they have something to look forward to."
Liza gets ecstatic with her role, it's her first time to do a Hollywood film and her first time to portray a role in a horrorcomedy-romance m ov i e. lined up. So, I have been lucky enough to be a part of a series of shows. Hopefully, hopefully, I can start plugging them soon.”

She also mentioned that she is not aware of her sisters business online sabong with her business partner Atong Ang.

"Nag-stop muna siya sa kanyang social media kasi siguro she’s very, very busy sa work niya. Busy sa mga trabaho niya. Pero tuloy naman ang communication namin."
