Webinar is a flat form designed to leverage teacher’s competencies in the different teaching strategies in the new normal setting. Updating with the new trends that will address the learning modality designed to every learners. As a preparation for an effective implementation of the different activities when the school year opens. It is important to raise the awareness of every teachers regardless of age that they need to religiously attend to the different online trainings not only for compliance but they could get relevant information that will help them better serve their pupils.

The onset of technology based learning in the immerging world have made the delivery of learning fast and convenient for all. Learning have made possible at all times and all means through the presence of internet connection teachers could attend to online trainings via Google Meet, Zoom Meeting, and other online meeting applications for them to have access to the Webinars. They could also utilized smart phones for attending and submissions of responses. After they attend the training they will receive electronic certificate that they can used as part of their professional development.

Teachers have encountered problems like the poor internet connections and availability of gadgets to be used but it is not a hindrance for a teacher to keep on the right track because they find ways and means in order to comply of what is Work from Home (WFH) is expected to them. They even opted to upgrading their online means of submission of reports. Their relevant learnings was applied meaningfully and it have help them make their delivery of service more convenient. They have receive fast information and they could disseminate it to their colleagues.

Teachers should devote their time and effort in maximizing the time of attending the online trainings not just for compliance but for the benefit of their pupils. The quality of education will be delivered to the optimum level of developing holistic learners in time of pandemic. No one will be left behind and nothing will be wasted.s
