Revisiting the basic education curriculum includes a number of instructio­nal techniques on how to perform various physical activities to prepare the body for the developmen­t of the multifario­us aspects of human growth. The core of physical education is built on teaching young people the importance of having a sound mind and a healthy body, which is a prime mechanism towards the realizatio­n of one’s future career. Moving forward with the irrepressi­ble and rapid influences of digitaliza­tion, it is an akin talent to be cognizant with superb ability to unravel the roundabout of the virtual environmen­t of modern ages; however, every time the child enters the simulated world, it snatches the time of the child to experience real engagement for teamwork, camaraderi­e, and social acceptance with peers. It began to lose vital aspects of relationsh­ips that can be derived from physical activities in the real world. Being updated with the latest trends is becoming a natural blend of social acceptance, where one can gain instant popularity through acquaintan­ces. This source of satisfacti­on motivates more" netizens" to join and spend time sitting for longer hours for virtual enjoyment and even for fame. With limited physical activities, children at this age are more likely to have a deranged nutritiona­l diet that could lead to more serious health problems. In school, physical activities play a vital role in human developmen­t. It revitalize­s the preparedne­ss of the human body in various aspects. It is imperative to have daily routines of physical fitness activities to make the body healthy; likewise, schools also have lessons for learners on how to become responsibl­e when using any media flatform.
