Eat Bulaga is TVJ's!

Very recently, TVJ announced on their Facebook page about the news. It was during the noonime show E.A.T. when the announcement was made.
In his live announcement Bossing Vic said .... "Sa lahat ng kaibigan namin , mga nanonood sa Facebook Live, marahil nagtataka kayo kung anong ginagawa nain dito,hindi po kami kakanta, wala po kaming ibebenta, meron lang po kaming sanang gusstong ibahagi sa lahat ng ating mga kaibigan, sa laht ng dabarkads!
"Kami po ay nasaq TV5 Media Center , galing kami sa kasalukuyan po, nagmimeeting kami tungkol sa anong plano for the new year, for 2024, para mas mapaganda ang Eat Bulaga.
"Ngayon at exactly 4:23 ng hapon, kani-kanina lang, mainit-init pa,e, nakatanggap si Tito Sen ng email at ito ay may kinalaman sa decision ng korte tungkol sa Eat Bu l a ga".
Following Bossing Vic's statement is Tito Sen reading out the dispositive portion of the decision of the Marikina Trial Court.
He reads: "Wherefore, justice is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiffs against the defendants.
"Ang plaintiffs po ay Tito, Vic, Joey, Kasama si Jeny, at Direk Poochie.
"Permanently enjoining the defendants, Television and Production Exponents (TAPAE) Inc. And GMA Network,Inc from:
1. Usi g the trademarks EB, Eat Bulaga, Eat Bulaga, and EB, including all the logos associated with the subject parts in its shows, programs, projects or promotions and...
2. Using the Eat Bulaga jingle/song or any part thereof in its shows, programs, projects or promotions and...
3. Airing and broadcasting a playback of any and all recorded episodes of the Eat Bulaga show prior to 31st May 2023!, its segments or any portoon thereof in all channels and platforms.
"Moreover, defendants... marami pang binabanggit at lahat in favor sa atin.
"The Intellectual property office of the Philippines through its proper unit/ head officer is hereby directed to cause the cancellation of the following trademark registrations in the names of Television Production Exponents Inc from its records database and or registry to it.
"Yun po ang pinakalaman ng dispositive portion."
To sum it all Bossing Vic added .... "madaling salita, e, nanalo po tayo.
"Sa madaling salita ati tLaga ang Eat Bulaga".
Right after their announcement the entire Legit Dabarkads su g the theme song of Eat Bulaga while all wearing red shirts veating eat bukaga's logo.
On the other hand, GMA's response to the court's decision... Full statement reads (published as is) "For accuracy and clarity of the public, the Regional Trial Court clearly found that GMA did not commit any act of copyright infringement or unfair competition against the plaintiffs as it was merely complying with its contractual commitments under its airtime agreement with codefendant TAPE.
"In fact, the court found that GMA was a mere nominal party to TVJ's suit. And the latter never claimed any damages in their complaint as agajnst GMA.
"We will comply wih the directive of the Court on the airing of Eat Bulaga episodes in our platforms.
"Nevertheless, GMA network will refer the matter to our external counsel to avail of the proper remedies before the appellate courts."
