SOCIAL MEDIA ANDREA B. LAZATIN

-

Social media, or SOCMED, is the term for contemporary technologies intended for a broad audience. It might be the primary means of communication for the vast majority of the general public. The internet, radio, television, newspapers, and magazines are the most popular social media platforms. The public typically turns to the media for news on pop culture, entertainment, and political and social issues. SOCMED media has a big impact on how people view morality and ethics in the society they live in. Media exposure at a young age can have both advantages and disadvantages. With social media, we can easily stay up to date on the latest news, events, styles, and other information. Communication accelerated and information became more widely available. It still reaches people and catches our attention since they are now a part of our lives. Social media has become an essential tool for education. They always keep us informed about the newest social trends and provide us with updates. It is common to attribute signals and clues about what we ought to do, ought not to do, ought not to avoid, or ought to strive for, to the media. Our behavior can be influenced by the media. They assist us in realizing our identity and our needs. They aid in our understanding of our living situations. Social media fosters our growing awareness of particular issues. SOCMED is not bad at all. In short, it relies on how people engage with one other and how parents and elders teach their kids about the media.
