ENSURING THE QUALITY LEARNING FOR YOUNG LEARNERS

Teaching is significant in providing fun, collaborative, engaging and interactive learning for young learners towards equitable, accessible, and quality learning. To promote quality learning, teachers aim to develop creative and innovative learning instruction that will enhance learners’ performance. Various teaching strategies are necessary for effective teaching and learning. It is the mandate of every teacher to expose learners in different learning task that will give them an opportunity to discover their own skills and capabilities. It is also important to develop learners’ lifelong learning skills for them to become productive learners of the country. In this way, learners can become globally competitive individuals.
Utilizing technology can be an effective strategy in teaching, particularly in executing diverse learning activities. It is the responsibility of educators to enhance students' enthusiasm for acquiring information, knowledge, and skills during classroom discussions. To achieve this, teachers should effectively utilize gadgets and internet access.
Moreover, teachers are accountable for delivering accessible and fair learning experiences to all students by employing supplementary materials. Creative teaching approaches should prioritize attaining high-quality learning outcomes for various types of learners. As an educator, I am prepared to embrace technological changes, as they enable me to assist my learners in becoming more adept learners, thereby contributing to their promising future.
Creative teaching entails employing inventive strategies that address the specific needs of learners. Implementing creativity in teaching, particularly in developing the literacy and numeracy skills of young learners. Educators can leverage various platforms to ensure a high standard of learning. Thus, teachers are encouraged to integrate creative teaching methods, such as developing interactive activities and utilizing research – based strategies that allows teachers to introduce new modes of learning to all young learners.
