/eaYing behind conYentional teaching models and acTuiring innoYatiYe teaching techniTues are prereTuisites for teacher professionali]ation :e must be informed about deYelopments in science, technology, education, and the wider world to fulfill the new Mob of teacher 7o adapt to the eYerchanging landscape of the world around us²which includes a global economy and swift scientific and technical adYancements²we must deYelop new social, professional, and interpersonal skills that are now crucial 7he educational setting is no different *iYen that we liYe in a knowledge society, it is our duty as educators to put strategies into place that inspire students to learn and gain the skills and competences necessary to successfully naYigate a constantly changing, globali]ed world 7o accomplish this, educators need to adopt a new, more inYentiYe, and critical teaching methodology to create innoYatiYe proMects in which they serYe as learning facilitators :e must stay current on deYelopments in the field of education because of the new role that instructors play 6imilarly, were interested in new deYelopments in technology and, to the e[tent that it s feasible, how to apply them to education :orking together and e[changing ideas and e[periences with other educators is crucial to enhancing our Mob and assisting students in deYeloping their competencies ,t is the responsibility of educators to create a positiYe difference in the liYes of their students by teaching them how to act appropriately in Yarious circumstances, Yalue their own growth, and make decisions in a Yariety of settings 7hese days, schooling creates lifelong competencies
