THE FUTURE AND EDUCATION 4.0
MARITES M. DE LEON
Teachers who are passionate about teaching are lifelong learners. The happiness a student's accomplishment offers to the teacher fulfills the profession and serves as a reminder of our duty. Teachers help the next generation grow intellectually, physically, emotionally, and cognitively. They are country builders. Additionally, a teacher instills in kids a fundamental sense of decorum and order, which facilitates learning.
The Bible states that God comes first, then the parents, then the instructor. A teacher's job can change from time to time. The terms mentor, curator, facilitator, faculty member, and master are occasionally used to describe the teacher. In addition to educating, a teacher's responsibilities also include mentoring and counseling. The educator has a role in forming the future generation. Teachers are the crucial backbone of the country; they develop the minds and abilities of the future generation, paving the way for all other professions such as medicine, engineering, law, and entrepreneurship.
The instructor was long regarded as the ultimate source of wisdom and learning. Computers and now artificial intelligence have sparked a revolution in education, where anyone can teach you anything, and every day is a fresh opportunity to learn. A growth-oriented and forward-thinking perspective must be instilled in the youngster during training.
High moral standards, candor, and a desire to learn are characteristics of effective teachers. In addition to fostering a supportive learning atmosphere and winning students' trust, a teacher ought to treat everyone fairly. A noble educator is ethically pure, impartial, broadminded, and open-minded. Such an individual demonstrates numerous liberal traits. Factors like caste, religion, and ethnicity are not barriers since they embrace inclusivity. In this ever-expanding world, where industry 4.0 is taking shape and artificial intelligence is becoming useful, what does the future hold for educators? How do educators stay up with pupils who are proficient in technology? Does an educator possess the skills required to instruct kids in this new generation?
