-

MARK R. BATAC

Sports are vital to every human life because they maintain physical strength and fitness. It is crucial at every stage of life. Additionally, it enhances people's personalities. Playing sports on a regular basis strengthens our hearts and keeps our entire body attentive. Since ancient times, sports have always taken precedence, and they are even more exciting now. Because of the exercise, blood pressure and blood vessel cleanliness both stay normal. Daily movement lowers cholesterol and sugar levels as well. Sports activities vary amongst individuals; however, all sports involve the same action. Every day, sports become more and more popular as a means of generating wealth and revenue, and their audience size grows. You can be healthier and prevent certain diseases even if you start doing sports early in life. Participating in sports enhances lung function and promotes lung health since it increases oxygen delivery. Even in old age, sports enhance bone strength.

Like the body needs a diet rich in nutritious nutrients to be nourished, so too can doing sports greatly enrich our lives, particularly those of developing children. Playing sports gives students the physical and mental toughness they need to handle the pressure of exams and gets them ready for bigger challenges. As a student, you have to overcome several obstacles.

Engaging in physical activities helps children develop positive values such as collaboration and respect for others. They learn leadership, accountability, and how to operate with confidence and a sense of duty through participating in sports.

Individuals hardly give their health any thought in this day and age of intense competition and environmental change, even though they will eventually have to deal with the effects of poor health. They are easily vulnerable to a variety of potentially fatal illnesses. People who engage in regular physical activity are better able to protect themselves against these illnesses. Sports participation can therefore allay this worry.

Engaging in athletics shapes your character and teaches you how to live a better life. Participating in such events imparts moral principles, values, and life skills. The individual begins to see the bright side of life and becomes adept at overcoming challenges. In addition, it lowers the person's stress level because these individuals begin to approach obstacles positively. As a result of their increased efficiency, individuals may boldly and easily take on problems.

Sports may teach people a lot of valuable life lessons. Every sport helps us develop our ability to deal with challenging circumstances, make quick judgments, and solve problems. One can learn the skill of living, managing things, and taking the initiative by participating in sports.
