TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION FOR QUALITY LEARNING
CRISTIE PATDU GONZALES
Today's young learners are immersed in the digital era of education, where acquiring knowledge on a specific topic is just a click away on the internet. This implies that learners can easily adapt new learning trends and embrace technological advancements at a young age. With the supervision and guidance of parents and teachers, the use of electronic devices can be a supplementary tool in gaining valuable knowledge and keeping up with modern educational needs.
The rapid and unstoppable evolution of technology in our present times has led 21stcentury educators to incorporate computer-assisted learning methods into their teaching approaches. Learners tend to engage more with their learning competencies when they are exposed to electronic learning resources and various technological tools, including computers, televisions, and other electronic devices.
To complement traditional teaching methods, teachers should employ electronic learning materials through computer-assisted instruction. This approach significantly influences the development of students' learning capabilities. To ensure that learners remain competitive, it is crucial for them to gain hands-on experience with computers, enabling them to acquire high-quality and up-to-date knowledge and skills that contribute to educational success.
One of the mission of every teacher in teaching and learning is to produce globally competitive learners in our country. Therefore, enhancing learners' capacity to acquire knowledge through the application of modern technology is very essential, as it equips them to adapt and excel in the ever-evolving landscape of education.
