Efficient teachers can make teaching as efficient as possible by organizing and planning what needs to be done before teaching a lesson. These teachers have the ability to get the most out of the learners in the shortest amount of time. Effective teachers are those who can teach learners in the most productive manner. You most likely already know how to do these things. Are you effective or efficient teacher? Here are some suggestion of an effective or efficient teacher.

1.Students should come first. The student and his or her learning should be at the heart of every classroom. Everyday lessons should take into account the interests, talents, and diversity of the students.

2.Empathy Is Essential. Instructors are able to capture and hold students' attention. Because they love what they are doing and appreciate what their instructor brings to the classroom, students voluntarily collaborate with their teachers.

3. Subordinates recognize the value of team objectives. Giving students authority over some aspects of the assignment and rewarding them when they help the group succeed motivates them to complete the work in class.

4. Proactive educators take initiative. Teachers take charge of the issue to ensure that the outcomes are favorable rather than just responding to it or being "reactive."

5. Effective promotes team building. A great believer in the power of his people, he was one of the forerunners of a team. Welch techniques can be applied in the classroom. Believing in your learners, seeing them as unique individuals, peer teaching and student-centered activities focus on teamwork, these all follow the same basic principle of team building.
