7he school has many needs. ,t does not only giYe focus to its physical aspect Eut most importantly to the holistic deYelopment of its learners. $s a teacher, one needs to plan and manage programs and proMects of the school so as to maNe eYery learner Eenefit from its result. +ence, there are instances that arise where teaching learning process Eecome no longer effectiYe. 7his may Ee Eecause the strategy used is no longer fulfilling. 7herefore, it is where innoYation comes in. ,nnoYation as defined is the introduction of new things, ideas or ways of doing things. ,t is an important way of either improYing teaching learning process or solYing a certain proElem in teaching. ,mplementing a school innoYation taNes time. ,n order to maNe it successful to its implementation, the cooperation of the teachers and the learners together with their parents and also the support of the school head is needed. 7his innoYation does not only rely on the physical aspect of the school Eut more so on its curriculum deYelopment. $n innoYation is well planned and done after a result of an eYaluation liNe reading and numeracy assessment. 7his assessment plays an important factor on the learner¶s progress. 7hus, from the data gathered, teachers Eecome aware that there must Ee an innoYation to Ee adapted and implemented so as to solYe any proElem. +ence, implementing an innoYation in the school is not that easy. ,t needs a lot of patience, sacrifice and dedication to its implementation. )urthermore, the cooperation of the learners inYolYed together with their parents, teachers, and the support of the school head adds a great impact to maNe such innoYation successful.
