,n education behavioris­m is a branch of Ssychology that directs how SeoSle learn through their interactio­ns with the environmen­t. &hildren¶s behavior Sromotes readiness for education to gain the necessary knowledge skills and values as well. %ehavior for learning demonstrat­es the asSiration to achieve their best results. 7hese involve effort collaborat­ion engagement indeSenden­ce and enthu siasm for consistent acquisitio­n of learning. 7oday one of the challengin­g tasks of a teacher is how to manage and coSe with the learner¶s behavior. 5ight disciSline needs consistenc­y to imSlement to further establish higher learning outcomes. :hen these actions are Sresent in the teaching learning Srocess access of learning engagement and interactio­n will increase even outside the classroom instructio­ns. 6tudents¶ behavior that haSSened inside the classroom can be in the form of the following nature such as biological reasons being hungry or overtired family Sroblem or lack of attention. ,t can be communi cation issues or concerns which include emotional resSonses from the learner. *ood behavior leads to the right disciSline in schools. &hildren may learn to reach their full Sotential and do their best for their education. 3ositive behavior for learning results in the action of students good academic Srogress and good relationsh­iSs with Seers. ,t is imSortant to sustain an orderly learning environmen­t for learners to further meet the academic skills and comSetenci­es as well as the social and emotional growth of a child. 7here is a need to have strategies on how to deal with the Sroblems and behaviors towards class instructio­ns. 7hese can be in the form of reward or Sraise let them hear what they say listen for their e[Slanations and side stay calm in dealing with them establish boundaries and try to understand the cause of the behavior. ,ndeed understand­ing the behavior of learners will helS them to deal with the learning develoSmen­t of a child academical­ly and emotionall­y. ,t will also alleviate the learning curve by Sroviding e[cellent quality education to further acquire better life e[Seriences by having good and Sositive behavior towards others. Learners with good behavior become motivated insSired and suc ceed in their education.
