As the saying goes, “teaching is more than imparting knowledge and skills, but it is inspiring change.” Truly, it awakens one mind and heart to love learning in all aspects of life.

Learning from a great teacher is the art of discovery and exploration. Teachers have the power to cultivate self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence. The teacher’s knowledge of content and expertise as an educator becomes the power of every teacher in school.

Teaching nowadays plays a vital role in the lives of an individual. One of the aims of education is the proper acquisition of knowledge, skills and values learn by the students. These happen through the teacher-learner relationship that supports in the teaching-learning process.

The influence of teachers on the young generations brings positive impact in their lives. They demonstrate a variety of learning styles needed in the classroom instructions. Classroom instructions help students to empower them and become independent, productive, and functional members of society.

When teachers motivate, engage, and inspire students to learn, these actions become effective that push human potential. They give children a sense of purpose in the world and encourage in them a drive to do well and succeed in life.

Successful individuals have acquired a good education and get quality education through the hands of determined teachers. They guide children’s life and path to become better individuals and attain their goals in the future.

It is the noblest profession that creates another professional that transforms better individuals. It conveys one’s needs, experiences, and feelings in the process of learning that makes the true power of teaching.
