Does being a better teacher mean producing better students?

There are a lot of factors for learners to become better students — and one of these is by having inspirational teachers.

However complex a relationship is between teacher and student, studies show that effective teaching can have a positive impact on student learning and development.

Other factors that influence student outcomes are home environment, parental involvement, student motivation, and access to resources.

Teachers would most likely produce better students if they make the effort to make the learning content more engaging for the students. This way, students would respond to the teacher's enthusiasm with their own energy and attention.

Teachers should also be committed towards students’ learning in the classroom and respond accordingly.

It has been known that better teachers enable students to learn more effectively by facilitating their learning so that they become “better”.

The students make the big difference here. By being good students, then a teacher can help them score higher on tests and help develop their personalities inside and outside of the school setting.

A teacher who puts in the time and work, and who is enthusiastic, will have the students’ attention and motivate them into doing well in school. They have the best interests of the students at heart, develops a rapport with them, and supports them.

A caring, thoughtful, educated teacher can make a difference, as they will most likely figure out ways to reach every student. They make sure to be generous with time and offer extra help and support. They are also able to manage the classroom well and spend more time teaching.
