Innovation is one way to keep up with the new trends that are being implemented these days, and education should be in line with how quickly the world is changing. Since educators are at the forefront of innovation, it is required of them to be well-versed in all facets of the advancements in the learning and education fields.

Being innovative implies having fresh concepts, tactics, and educational activities before the competition. It also entails making the most of everyone's ability to come up with fresh concepts that will make the teaching and learning process more effective, efficient, and adaptable. Innovation and creativity are becoming more and more crucial to the growth of the knowledge society of the twenty-first century. They are necessary for more competitive and dynamic citizenry and enhance societal and individual well-being in addition to economic development.

Pupils are exposed to the latest trends more often. We should continue to remain ahead of them as educators so that we can properly use this new development to lead them. Even in conservative educational environments, learning objectives should be met on both a quantitative and qualitative level. Additionally, a variety of competencies that a student in the twenty-first century should possess were mentioned. Critical thinking, effective communication, media and information literacy, and social responsibility were a few of them.
