PAGES AREN'T ENOUGH

In the field of education, the Department of Education (DepEd) has pushed for a transformative strategy that includes action research, a powerful tool that gives educators the ability to improve classroom procedures, solve problems, and support the system's ongoing development. I feel obligated to discuss the significant influence of writing action research in the ever-changing DepEd environment as a teacher participating in this enlightening process.
Action research is a call to action that inspires educators to become mindful practitioners; it is not just an academic endeavor. It all starts with a straightforward yet impactful question: How can we help our children learn more effectively? This question serves as the starting point for an investigation, learning process, and imagination that goes beyond the confines of the traditional classroom.
Furthermore, a key component of action research's efficacy is its collaborative aspect. Teachers engage meaningfully with their peers, exchanging problems, solutions, and effective ways. Because of this collaborative spirit, there is a culture of continual improvement and educators' collective experience forms a knowledge base that extends beyond particular classrooms.
To put it simply up, conducting action research for the Department of Education is more than simply an academic assignment; it's a life-changing experience that equips teachers to be proactive changemakers. Teachers gain sharing skills through this process, but they also become researchers, innovators, and advocates for ongoing development. DepEd is committed to providing high-quality education that changes with the needs of students and society, as seen by its efforts to cultivate a research culture within the teaching community. Since every inquiry made and every realization made in the field of action research helps to the continuing story of educational excellence, as educators, we welcome this journey with great joy.

We still wan to write as many as we can, but the pages aren't enough. Years passed since my heart celebrated with tears in the eyes and joy in my heart. Finally, after losing my faith, succumbing to defeat, accepting my destiny and crying in silence, a message that eliminated aches in my heart was received. I thought it was just a dream but no, I can't deny the face that shows how ecstatic I felt as I read, "Welcome to the DepEd family".
That's where it all started. I met her, a friend indeed because she's a friend in need. Didn't we realize, we're the youngest of them all and living in the same neighborhood. She, who has a car, and us are the only remaining singles, oath to make our Fridays memorable and remarkable. Visiting churches then goes wild in coffee shops. Applauding the serenity of the place and lifting some stress through little chitchats till the sky shows the stars. She's a friend I can count on. She's been my saving grace in many forms. She's been protecting me and teaching me how to be strong. Singing, dancing and TikToks she's so proud of but hmmmm she's good. Just praise her or she'll dare to leave you.
All those happy memories felt like a dream. Then, a nightmare came. I hope it was just a sad dream I had last night. She's gone. Couldn't utter a word, am lost in my words but I need to say goodbye. With a heavy heart, I said "Gone too soon but will remain in our hearts forever. Those who die are the ones who've forgotten but this ain't your case. You will always be missed and remembered. Thank you for everything. Farewell my friend. Rest in Peace." Yes, she died. A dream I hope to just be a dream and one day, I'll wake up.
