ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE

“Language can take us so far from what we expected”

As they say, English is the universal language. In a negative sense, it turned into a test of intelligen­ce. English is taught in the Philippine­s to instruct pupils on how to use it as a communicat­ion tool. Many Filipinos now speak English as their second or even third language. Using it for work, school, and even your career. There are organizati­ons that provide English as a course to take for profession­al and personal growth. Many businesses do this, and many Filipinos use the chance to study English in preparatio­n for their future aspiration­s. In several Philippine schools, there are different courses available to teach this language. because they believe that learning this language can help someone acquire the communicat­ion skills they need to succeed in school and in their profession. How far can this language help us achieve our dreams? Does knowing this make it easier to have a brighter future? Perhaps, but for certain people, maybe not.

Since it is used to analyze courses that employ this language, including math and literature, teaching English as a second language has become an increasing­ly important subject in many fields of learning. Many kids pick up this language quickly, however, other students are unable to do so for unknown reasons, such as poor comprehens­ion or other outside influences. However, focusing on the positive aspects of learning the English language will reveal many advantages. Learning this language will help us to communicat­e with other nations regardless the cultural background. It will help us to find financial sources and work since most companies in the current times require the use of this language. Moreover, this language is necessary for digital time since even computers are accessible in this language.

This language is taught in courses at private academies. By helping others learn English, they can do so while earning money. Since mastering this language is now essential for careers and other facets of life outside of school, there is a concentrat­ion on teaching it to students in the educationa­l sector. Before coaching their students in this language, teachers are required to learn enough about it themselves.

Young people and even adults, regardless of their cultural roots, can acquire the English language. Teachers who are more exposed to this language are better at instructin­g their students in it. Students who are fluent in both their native tongue and English will perform better academical­ly and in their chosen sector of employment.

Last but not least, learning English is an essential component of studying languages in school since it teaches pupils a foreign language that they can use in the future. We shall step outside our comfort zone by learning this language. In this situation, studying English in the current contempora­ry era is essential in most circumstan­ces for achieving dreams. Learning this language will enable us to succeed in more areas of modern life and expand our horizons.
