Great teachers also urge lifelong learning, and lplay a critical role in promoting this mindset. Teachers can emphasize the importance of learning and encourage students to embrace challenges, so that they can have a positive impact on students' academic achievement.

Teachers help provide students with quality education, which can build a strong and skilled workforce lessential for economic growth and prosperity.
