+oZever, these hiJhs are inevitably folloZed by loZs. ,n addition to balancinJ administra­tive duties and the many demands that are placed on them, teachers must fulfill the varied needs of their pupils. They could e[perience behavioral problems, academic challenJes, or even personal difficulti­es that are difficult for them emotionall­y. ,t can be emotionall­y ta[inJ to Zatch pupils struJJle or e[perience helplessne­ss in certain circumstan­ces.
