The teacher s behavior and motivational strateJies are indeed plays a siJnificant role in shapinJ learner s learninJ attainment, the quality of students e[perience in particular subMect matter and above all the effectiveness of the teachinJ and learninJ process and throuJhout Zith this, teachers should carefully plan to e[ert an appropriate strateJy as Zell as motivation alonJ Zith their teachinJ. 0eanZhile, it is Zith no doubt that teachers are also havinJ a hard time to incorporate proper teachinJ strateJies includinJ motivation in the subMect matter that they tauJht specially that the learners are diverse meaninJ that the learners are different in terms of their learninJ styles, and teachinJ preferences and even intelliJences so therefore, the teachers should thinN and plan Zisely in order to have an effective teachinJ strateJies that could address and cater all the needs of the varied learners. 2n the other hand, in teachinJ physical educalion Must liNe other learninJ areas teachers also need to prepare appropriate teachinJ strateJies as Zell as to incorporate motivation to catch the attention of the learners also to maNe the teachinJ and learninJ process in 3hysical (ducation more effecive as most of the people NnoZ that 3hysical (ducation is more on enJaJinJ students on sNills and physical activites and in line Zith this the students have also varied vieZ on learninJ physical activities. )or some learners, 3hysical (ducation is the hiJhliJht of their day, meaninJ to say some learners tend to vieZ that 3hysical (ducation as an enMoyable subMect Zhile other learners vieZ 3hysical (ducation as a maMor source of stress and an[ety especially for those learners Zho hated to do nor perform physical activities and Zith this, teacher Zho tauJht 3hysical (ducatlion needs to properly and carefully e[ecute Zays and strateJies to made every learners to be motivated enouJh in learninJ physical education at the same time to chanJe some of leaners perspective about 3hysical (ducation. ThrouJh this, presentinJ chalenJinJ and enMoyable learninJ opportunilies that motivate learners to participate, e[ert effort and learn in physical education should and therefore be an overridinJ principle of 3hysical (ducation teachinJ s philosophy. 0oreover motivation has been defined as an internal process that activates, Juides and maintain behavior 2vertime as stated by 6hrunN, in other Zords, motivation is Zhat Jets you JoinJ, determines Zhere you tryinJ to Jo and Neeps you JoinJ and as already mentioned in teachinJ it is important to consider this matter in order to have a better teachinJ and learninJ process. $nd in teachinJ 3hysical (ducation it aslo important to also be incorporated alonJ Zith motivation, teachers have also to bear in minds that motivation has distinction and that is the intrinsic and e[trinsic motivation, and these tZo distinctions are also important and should properly be inteJrated in teachinJ physical education. :hereas intrinsic motivation comes from Zithin the person and is associated Zith doinJ an activity for itself for the pure pleasure and satisfaction derived from participation. ,ntrinsic motives for participatinJ and puttinJ in effort to learn in teachers lesson and improve sNills, 2n the other hand, ([trinsic motivation are results from e[ternal reZards such as praise and recoJnition and e[trinsic motivation involves participatinJ and puttinJ in effort lo learn in 3hysical (ducation for e[ample Jain a tanJible or social reZard JivinJ chips to the students Zhen they recited. Truly that, by e[ertinJ motivation in teachinJ 3hysical (ducation it made increase to maNe the teachinJ and learninJ process more eftective by incorporatinJ varied types of motivation the teachers can easily impart the lesson to the learners and in turn the learners can easily Jrasps the lesson beinJ imparted by their teachers. $t the same time by e[ertinJ approprate motivation in teachinJ physical education it also encouraJes ever students to build a stronJ interest and even chanJe the vieZ of this subMect matter especially for those students Zho didn t much appreciate 3hysical (ducation. Therefore, teacher must be aZare and NnoZledJeable in instillinJ proper motivation in order to build an effective teachinJ and learninJ process.
